In addition to the unique shopping experience in the Jacket Spark online store, we also offer quick and easy shipping of your order.

Shipping Method and Duration

Working with UPS, DHL and Skynet worldwide. We usually shipped your order to you within 10 to 15 business days of placing your order. We will notify you by email when your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs

All orders are standard of shipping costs.

Invoice and delivery address

You can specify an address other than the invoice address for your order delivery. Enter your invoice address first to order. Then click the “Enter different delivery address” button. Paying on invoice is the only payment option for which a different payment address is not possible.

Know where your items are at all times!

If you have registered with us, you can view and track your orders under ‘My Account’.

We will also send you a package tracking link to confirm the shipping. So you will be able to track your package at any time. This link may take up to 24 hours to activate.
